Adam is a finance lawyer, specialising in asset and structured finance.

Adam has extensive experience on structured and asset finance transactions, regularly advising airlines, lessors, lessees, borrowers and leading Australian and international banks on a broad spectrum of complex leasing, structured finance and corporate finance transactions.

He has particular expertise in relation to aviation, shipping, equipment leasing (including yellow goods) and cross-border leasing.

Clients have acknowledged Adam for his “exceptional” client focus and transactional skills.

Background

Adam holds a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. Adam is also admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
