Adam is an Associate in our Employment group. He advises clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

He has particular experience advising on a wide range of transactional projects, including restructuring and redundancy exercises and supporting a number of clients on the staff transfer implications arising from service provision changes in the context of large and complex outsourcings and acquisitions/disposals in the real estate sector.

Adam's contentious experience involves advising clients on a wide range of employment litigation, including whistleblowing detriment, team moves and restrictive covenants enforcement, discrimination, harassment and unfair dismissal, as well as providing guidance to employers who are undertaking internal investigations and disciplinary procedures.

Adam regularly advises employers on day-to-day HR queries and corporate due diligence issues, and internal investigations, and he supports clients with the drafting of employment contracts and the negotiation of complex settlement agreements for senior executives and other employees. He also regularly advises employers in the financial services sector on employment-related data protection laws.

Adam also supports the firm's significant pro bono practice, providing strategic and practical employment law guidance to individuals who would not otherwise be able to access legal advice.
