Abraham Whitworth
Abraham is an Associate in the firm's finance practice, with a focus on the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
Abraham has worked on a range of complex multi-jurisdictional financing transactions. In particular, Abraham has advised clients on a number of high-profile project finance, acquisition finance and other energy, natural resources and infrastructure finance transactions across the EMEA region.
During his time at Herbert Smith Freehills, Abraham has spent six months on secondment to the firm's Tokyo office.
Background
Abraham holds a BA History degree from the University of Bristol, as well as completing post-graduate legal studies at Cardiff University and BPP Law School in London. Abraham was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2020.

- IFC and four parallel lenders on a €242 million loan to Sococim Industries for kiln 6 of its cement plant in Senegal
