Alexander is an associate in our corporate team, who is based in our London office.

Alexander has worked on a range of corporate transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures as well as advising on general corporate and commercial matters.

He has experience of advising clients across various sectors including pharmaceutical, technology, media and telecommunications and financial services.

Alexander is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in England and Wales and Russia.

Background

Alexander has Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from Lomonosov Moscow State University. He joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2020.
