We advised on all aspects of the disposal, including vendor due diligence and operation of the online data room, negotiation of the transaction documents and co-ordination of other advisers and officers in various offshore jurisdictions
Acting for Lendlease on the development, subdivision, lease and sale of the three commercial towers at Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia. Our role has included negotiating the initial project delivery agreement and form of ground lease, preparing and negotiating agreements for lease and building management statements, and the sale of interests in all three towers to international investors
