Real Estate Acquisitions and Disposals

Real Estate Delivered Better

Uncertainties across the world economies offer up a range of opportunities for today's property investors. This is likely to keep activity buoyant in the world's key real estate investment destinations for some time to come.

Ownership structuring, tax considerations, due diligence and transaction project management play significant roles in the successful execution of property investment deals.

Our experts across real estate, finance, corporate, tax and project management disciplines come together to help clients deliver their investment strategies in an optimal way.

Operating across the primary real estate sectors (commercial/  industrial/ residential) and a wide range of specialist sub sectors (shopping centres/ hotels and leisure/ healthcare/ student accommodation) provides an acute sector focus.

The deep market knowledge we have gained from working on some of the most significant real estate acquisitions and disposals in the market gives us the vision to help our clients succeed.

Whether clients are acquiring or disposing of portfolios, dealing with single assets, corporate property portfolio divestment, listed and unlisted property unit trust takeovers and mergers, REITs and/ or portfolio asset management we have the experience to add real value.
