Mergers & Acquisitions
We assist with due diligence projects on both buy-side and sell-side mandates, ranging from smaller and more focused red-flag reviews, to extensive, industry-specific exercises, allowing our instructing teams and clients to focus on key risks and challenges and address them before they threaten the success of deals.
We can also assist clients with co-ordinating other aspects of M&A deals, such as datarooms, non-disclosure agreements and the Q&A process.
Outsourcing and Commercial Contracts
