Herbert Smith Freehills has attained the "Gold Standard" in the 2019 Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index, compiled by responsible business champion Community Business.
The firm was one of only three law firms to achieve the Gold Standard, and was ranked sixth overall out of over 50 organisations included in the index.

Established in 2015, the index is the first benchmark on LGBT+ workplace inclusion practices and initiatives in Asia. The index provides organisations in Hong Kong with a credible and robust tool to assess, progress and promote their efforts towards LGBT+ inclusion.
