Herbert Smith Freehills has been recognised for its early career opportunities and graduate recruitment practices at The AllAboutLaw Awards 2022.

The AllAboutLaw Awards showcases the best law firms in the UK. The annual awards recognise the quality of opportunities for aspiring solicitors, such as vacation schemes and training contracts, as well as the achievements of early talent teams for their marketing and recruitment efforts. The awards are based on the opinions of current aspiring solicitors in the UK, who were asked to select the firms they thought were the best.

Among its peers, Herbert Smith Freehills was recognised across 13 categories in The AllAboutLaw Awards 2022. The firm was crowned "Winner" in the Best Law Firm, Best Training Contract and Best First Year Opportunities categories and achieved "Recognised Excellence" for Best Vacation Scheme, Best Website & Social Media, Best Access to Lawyers and Most Inclusive Assessment Process. 

The firm was also "Highly Commended" for Best Culture, Best Recruitment Campaign, Best Events, Most Sustainable Recruitment Campaign and Best Assessment Process.
