Herbert Smith Freehills has again been voted as the most desirable law firm to work for in a survey of legal professionals across Australia.
The firm’s first place ranking is a result of the Lawyers Weekly Employer of Choice Survey 2016 which asked participants to name the firm they would most like to join if they were to leave their current employer. Nearly twenty percent of participants named Herbert Smith Freehills as their preferred employer of choice. This follows the firm’s first place ranking in the same survey in 2015.
Herbert Smith Freehills’ Regional Managing Partner Sue Gilchrist attributed the result to the firm’s exceptional culture and to its continued investment in its people around the world.
