Herbert Smith Freehills advised the financial investment management company HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH on the financing of three properties for the open-ended real estate special fund Benelux Commercial Real Estate Fund.
The HSF team accompanied both the acquisition financing for a 4000 sqm office property in Luxembourg's financial district Kirchberg, and the refinancing of two properties in Brussels. The lender was Postbank – a branch of Deutsche Bank AG. EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD REIM (Benelux) B.V. acts as asset management for the Benelux Commercial Real Estate Fund.
