Herbert Smith Freehills has advised online beverage delivery service flaschenpost SE on its planned acquisition by Dr. August Oetker KG.
Flaschenpost, founded in 2016 in Münster, Germany, has 23 locations in Germany and, according to its own information, handles more than 2,000,000 orders per year.
With the planned acquisition of flaschenpost SE, Dr. August Oetker KG is supplementing the range of services offered by its Berlin-based online beverage delivery service Durstexpress GmbH.
The team that advised flaschenpost SE was led by Düsseldorf Corporate partner Sönke Becker and comprised Counsel Christian Johnen and Associate Nikolaus Moench.
