Herbert Smith Freehills LLP acted for the Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery in a High Court claim brought against Tate concerning the use of the external platform on Level 10 of the Blavatnik Building at Tate Modern on London's Bankside.

The claim was brought against Tate by the owners of four apartments in the neighbouring Neo Bankside development. Judgment was handed down by Mr Justice Mann at the High Court today in Tate's favour.

The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by Matthew Bonye, partner and Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution, assisted by senior associate, Frances Edwards and associate, Judith Smyth.
