Herbert Smith Freehills is pleased to have worked with dentsu on its recent acquisition of Aware Services, a consultancy specialising in Salesforce, data and analytics.
Aware Services will become part of Merkle, dentsu’s technology-enabled and data-driven customer experience management business. The acquisition will allow Merkle to bolster its existing Salesforce capabilities and data and analytics practices, and is an important step in its strategic plan to become the leading customer transformation partner in Australia.
The Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by Corporate M&A partner Malika Chandrasegaran, and was supported by solicitor Penina Su, as well as specialists across Herbert Smith Freehills’ offices. The dentsu deal team was led by Simon Gardiner, Chief Commercial Officer APAC, and Mark Guthrie, General Counsel ANZ.
