Merryn is a commercial disputes specialist.



Merryn helps clients resolve complex commercial disputes and manage major business risk issues.

A partner in the Disputes Group, Merryn has acted in major strategic litigation for leading Australian companies across a wide range of jurisdictions and industry sectors – especially mining, technology and financial services. 

Merryn’s solution-focussed approach and commercial mindset helps clients derive effective strategies to resolve disputes and manage risk. 

Merryn also represents clients in regulatory processes, investigations and enquiries and has crisis management and cyber security expertise. 

Currently based in Melbourne, Merryn works closely with clients and colleagues across Australia and internationally.


Merryn holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.
