Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Nuveen on entering into a lease agreement with Groß & Partner for premises in the office tower "Aqua" (T4), located in the newly developing high-rise quarter FOUR Frankfurt.
The office tower in the Frankfurt banking district is scheduled for completion soon. Nuveen will rent approx. 2,100 sqm on the 14th and 15th floors.
In 2018, the approx. 100-meter-high office tower with a total rental space of around 24,000 sqm was acquired by Union Investment for the portfolio of the open-ended mutual property fund UniImmo:Deutschland by ways of a forward deal from Groß & Partner.
The team advising Nuveen was led by Frankfurt partner Sven Wortberg and comprised partner Steffen Hörner as well as associates Dogan Urun and Wladimir Leonhard.
