Herbert Smith Freehills advises ADP Group on the implementation of its first Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme

International leading law firm Herbert Smith Freehills has advised ADP Group, airport operator, on the implementation of its first Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme for an amount of €10 billion. 

The Base Prospectus for the Programme received visa from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 16 December 2022. The Programme provides a legal framework to govern in advance any bond financing transactions to be carried out by Aéroports de Paris.

Herbert Smith Freehills advised the ADP Group with a team led by partner Louis de Longeaux, assisted by associates Dylan Shields and Sophie Lesdos, on financing aspects, and partner Bruno Knadjian and associate Romain Martinez on tax aspects.
