As global COVID-19 vaccination programmes gather momentum, businesses are grappling with whether they can - and should - make vaccination a pre - requisite to accessing workplaces. For those in the construction, energy and infrastructure sectors, this is a particularly important issue, given the complexities of operating in often challenging jurisdictions with a higher risk of exposure to COVID-19, and in remote or offshore locations.
