Tercera entrega de la serie que Fernando Gascón, Consultant de la práctica de Litigación y Arbitraje, dedica a cuestiones de interés en materia de litigación transfronteriza. En este video se abordan las notificaciones internacionales en asuntos civiles y mercantiles desde una doble perspectiva: de un lado, la de quien demanda a alguien domiciliado en el extranjero y está interesado en lograr que el proceso no se dilate por este motivo; de otro, la de quien recibe una notificación judicial desde el extranjero y necesita conocer cuál puede ser su reacción.

Third video in a series that Fernando Gascón, Consultant of the Litigation and Arbitration practice, is devoting to key issues in cross-border litigation. In this video he deals with international service in civil and commercial matters from a two-pronged viewpoint: on the one hand, from the perspective of a party filing a claim against someone domiciled abroad and who is interested in ensuring that the proceedings are not delayed as a result; on the other, from the perspective of someone who is served a judicial document sent from abroad and who needs to know what the reaction might be.
