Sarah is a corporate lawyer specialising in equity capital markets and ESG.

Sarah is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in equity capital markets including IPOs and secondary fundraisings, as well as advising companies on public and private M&A transactions and corporate governance. Sarah acts as lead associate advising companies and investment banks across a range of sectors, including real estate, consumer products, mining, natural resources and technology, media and telecommunications.

Sarah advises clients on matters relating to ESG-regulation, soft law standards and voluntary compliance frameworks and ESG market disclosure and reporting. She also helps clients with ESG-related risk management, stakeholder engagement and ESG issues in the context of transactions.

Sarah has been named as a Rising Star in the Legal 500: Equity Capital Markets for the last 3 years and recommended as being "consistently excellent in all respects".

Background

Sarah has a Natural Sciences degree from St Catharine's College, Cambridge and a LLB from BPP University. Sarah has spent time on secondment at British American Tobacco and Credit Suisse.
