In relation to the structuring and documentation of the development and financing of the Browse LNG project in Western Australia (both in its onshore phase and now as an FLNG project)

Advising on the US$3.5 billion reserve-based credit facility for Tullow Oil, including the subsequent upsizing and refinancing of its secured multi-tiered reserve based and corporate facilities

Nord Stream 2 AG

Advising on the financing of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project, running between Russia and Germany via the Baltic Sea
