Innovative advice from global water specialists

The water industry continues to evolve along the backdrop of increasing urbanisation and globalisation, climate change and other environmental concerns.

This requires a forward thinking approach in providing clients with strategic advice and insight into a complex and ever-changing area of law.

For each transaction we provide a customised multi-disciplinary team of leading water specialists and regional experts to ensure our clients’ projects are successful. We advise our clients on all water infrastructure matters including policy development, price control and regulatory matters (including challenges against regulators and pricing reviews/ challenges), mergers and acquisitions, project development, related technology projects, public private partnerships (PPPs), water resources and supply, outsourcing, operating and maintenance contracts, water pollution, the treatment of sewage and trade effluent and the licensing of water and sewerage undertakers and suppliers and dispute resolution.

Our team has worked together over many years and have an unparalleled record in advising water operators, infrastructure owners and developers, infrastructure funds and other investors in the water sector, governmental bodies and regulators, public and private sector funders, sponsors, financiers and contractors, on the complexities and nuances of water projects and related disputes.
