Priscilla is the senior partner in Herbert Smith Freehills' Head Office Advisory team.

HOAT specialises in corporate governance issues including board reporting and advice, market disclosure (both continuous and periodic), director and executive appointments, remuneration and disclosure, and shareholder communications and relations.

HOAT has established an unparalleled reputation for providing focused advice and guidance on not only legal and regulatory requirements but also market practice and emerging trends. HOAT now advises 60% of the ASX 20 companies on corporate governance issues and approximately 50% of ASX 100 companies.

Priscilla performs a ‘trusted advisor’ role for the Corporate Secretariat/General Counsel teams and Boards of a number of the Firm’s significant ASX listed clients across the full range of industry groups.

Priscilla is a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Business Law Section, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Governance Institute of Australia’s Legislative Review Committee.

Background

Priscilla graduated from Monash University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted in Victoria in 1997 and in England and Wales in 2000

Priscilla is a member of several key industry groups, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors Law Committee, Chartered Secretaries Australia’s Legislative Review Committee and the Law Council of Australia Corporations Committee.
