Leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills has hired Carey-Anne Jennings to join its market leading global project finance practice as a director in Johannesburg.
Carey-Anne specialises in debt and equity aspects of project finance and public private partnerships. She has advised clients on limited recourse project finance transactions (including across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors), equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures as well as syndicated and term loans.
Herbert Smith Freehills is well-known for its top-tier projects and project finance practice globally. It has also become one of the 'go-to' firms in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors in South Africa since the opening of its Johannesburg office in 2015.
