On numerous claims submitted to a dispute board for extensions of time and additional cost (of in excess of $1 billion) arising out of a multi-billion dollar metro project.
A Member of a Confidential Contractor Consortium
Engaged by a state entitiy to design and construction a new 3-track railway through a major city. The original contract price was over $800 million, and the total value of the claims brought by the parties in ICC arbitration was $500,000,000
