Jake is a debt finance lawyer with particular expertise in structured finance. 

Jake specialises in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience in acting for issuers, funders and trustees on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including acting on bond issues for major UK listed companies, whole business securitisations in the regulated sector and emerging market financings. Jake's experience includes green bonds and sustainability-linked bonds. Jake also has wide-ranging experience acting on structured products, including securitisations and repackagings.
