Danielle is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s global Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Mental Health strategy and working with the broader HR team on culture including how our people’s experience of the workplace drives engagement, shapes culture and boosts performance.
Danielle is a member of the firm’s People & Culture Advisory Board, and collaborates closely with the Council and Global Executive.
A member of the NSW Law Society’s D&I Committee, Danielle is recognised for her experience with complex diversity and inclusion issues across the legal profession.
Prior to her role in Diversity and Inclusion, Danielle held a number of other senior HR positions within the firm. Prior to this, Danielle worked for a number of years as a lawyer at the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Law from the University of New South Wales.
