Alexander has worked on a wide range of matters with a focus on cross-border M&A and joint ventures as well as general corporate and commercial matters. He has worked on transactions across numerous jurisdictions in the firm's Moscow and Tokyo offices. Alexander's practice focuses on a number of industries including TMT, consumer and automotive.
