Agathe Esch is an associate in the Paris Competition department.

Agathe Esch has extensive experience in antitrust and merger control issues. She has represented French and international clients in antitrust, mergers and state aid proceedings before the European and French competition authorities and courts.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Agathe worked in several law firms in Paris and in Brussels.

Background

Agathe graduated from the University Paris 2-Panthéon-Assas where she obtained a Master in European Law. She also holds a LL.M degree in commercial law from the University of Rotterdam.
