Michelle Virgiany

Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work, focusing on the financial services and technology. She advises clients in the digital economy sector on investment structuring, licensing, and roll-out of new business models, and represents clients in M&A, fundraising, and other corporate transactions. Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in law from the National University of Singapore and a master's degree in law and finance from the University of Oxford.  

Background

Michelle graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from the National University of Singapore and a master's degree in law and finance from the University of Oxford (as a recipient of a prestigious Jardine Scholarship). Earlier in her career, Michelle worked at the Singapore and Jakarta offices of an international investment bank, providing advice on bilateral and syndicated lending, data privacy and outsourcing, and corporate banking product roll-outs across APAC. She is bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
