Advised Lendlease Development on all aspects of its A$4.5 billion, 30-hectare Victoria Harbour precinct development at Melbourne’s Docklands, Australia. The precinct is comprised of a range of commercial, retail and residential developments.
HIGH SPEED 2 LIMITED
Advising on the construction, engineering and procurement contracts for the new north-south high speed rail line for the UK ("HS2") (the first new railway north of London in over 120 years), including for enabling works, main civils, stations and railway systems using NEC3 on an ECI and sub-package basis
NORDSTREAM 2
Advising on the multiple construction and engineering contracts required to deliver a twin pipeline system through the Baltic Sea transporting natural gas from Russia to the European Union, negotiated against the backdrop of a challenging sanctions position
EDF (NNB Generation Co Ltd)
Advising on the construction aspects of its UK new nuclear plans since 2006 which includes two nuclear reactors at Hinkley Point and two at Sizewell (NEC3 and FIDIC civil engineering and construction contracts and equipment supply contracts for these massive multi-contract projects)
