TRUSTED ADVISOR TO THE WORLD'S LEADING BANKS

Share

The industry is experiencing unprecedented regulatory changes amidst advancing technology, growing cyber security risk, addressing costs of increased capital requirements and the rise of non-bank competitors.

We partner with retail and investment banks to navigate this increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, providing support by becoming an extension of our clients' team. By developing a deep understanding of their businesses and their key drivers we provide advice that is relevant and commercially strategic.

We work on issues as diverse as capital raisings, consolidated supervision, demutualisations, mergers and acquisitions, distribution arrangements, prudential and conduct regulation, restructurings, risk management and risk transfer schemes. We work closely with our banking clients as they raise and deploy capital, whether by way of loans, capital market issuances or other forms of debt and equity instruments.

We also support our clients on a range of strategic and board-level projects, as well as advising them through major disputes, including class actions, regulatory enforcement, and competition investigations.
