The New York office comprises seasoned litigators, international arbitration specialists, and projects and infrastructure practitioners.  The team's experience is broad-based and encompasses a variety of sectors, especially financial services, energy and consumer products.  Our attorneys have a wealth of experience as trial and appellate advocates in courts throughout the US.

Our financial services team has litigated disputes involving hedge fund investments, credit default swaps, insolvency matters, and loan restructurings. This group also has represented foreign and domestic companies and individuals against federal criminal charges and in responding to investigations by the US Department of Justice and regulators.

Our international arbitration team consists of specialists qualified to practice in New York, England, France and Singapore. The team advises on commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, and has experience with all of the major international arbitration rules and seats.

Our complex litigation team counsels clients in a wide variety of US and cross-border matters, including commercial disputes, class actions, consumer fraud and product liability matters.

In addition, the New York office is the center of excellence for our Latin America (LatAm) practice, with a focus on disputes and major infrastructure projects in the energy, transport and mining sectors, among others. 

Members of the New York team speak Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, and Mandarin fluently.
