Accessing the US capital markets

Share

Major international capital markets transactions are usually structured to access US investors, whether on a private placement (e.g. Rule 144A) or SEC-registered basis.

Our US capital markets team is deeply embedded in our broader corporate, finance and capital markets practices. We have US qualified lawyers in London, Hong Kong and Singapore with in-depth knowledge of the markets they operate in and strong relationships with the main market participants. They work collaboratively with non-US qualified colleagues based in jurisdictions worldwide to offer our clients insightful and commercial advice across time zones.

Our team advises on a full range of cutting-edge transactions with particular expertise in large international capital markets transactions. These include equity, equity-linked, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
