Defending compensation claims made by a class action of over 200 local residents under the Land Compensation Act 1973, involving novel consideration of certain issues such as the nature of government occupation and the 'purpose' test, as well as issues of estoppel and reliance (UK)

Canary Wharf Group Plc

Represented successfully in a claim for in excess of £500million in unpaid rents and other damages resulting from the Lehman Brothers administration relating to UK property. This was of the single largest property litigation dispute in the UK courts in 2017
