Hyperion Insurance Group

Advising on their 115,000 sq ft HQ relocation to One Creechurch Place, a development by Helical and HOOPP, including the major leasing deal for the new premises and advice on the disposal of legacy offices occupied by the Group

Port Hedland International Airport

Acting for the Town of Port Hedland, Western Australia in its long-term lease of the Port Hedland International Airport to a private sector consortium for a 50-year term. This involved the preparation of initial transaction terms sheets, advising on the RFP process and evaluation of proponents, and negotiating and achieving financial close with the preferred proponent


Acting for Lendlease (as developer) in relation to agreements for lease and leases of more than 150,000 sq mtr across three office towers at Barangaroo, Sydney, Australia including agreements for lease with PWC, Westpac, Marsh Mercer, Swiss Re and KPMG
