Bernie Ecclestone

Advising in his dispute arising out of the sale of shares in the Formula 1 Group. The claim was dismissed in its entirety and the Court of Appeal refused permission to appeal. We also worked closely with Mr Ecclestone's US lawyers in connection with his successful jurisdictional challenge to a civil claim brought in New York
