Bruno dispose d'une expertise reconnue sur les aspects fiscaux d'opérations de fusions et acquisitions, LBO, management packages, joint-ventures, restructurations d'entreprise et d'acquisitions immobilières auprès de clients nationaux et internationaux.
Il a également développé une expertise fiscale de tout premier plan en matière de financements et d'opérations liées aux marchés de capitaux. Il intervient régulièrement dans des litiges fiscaux devant les juridictions spécialisées, tant dans la phase précontentieuse que contentieuse.
Background
Bruno a rejoint Herbert Smith Freehills Paris en septembre 2018. Admis au Barreau de Paris en 2005, il est diplômé d'un DESS de Fiscalité d'Entreprise de l'Université de Paris-Dauphine, et d'un DEA de Droit des Affaires et de l'Économie de l'Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Il est aussi titulaire d'un LL.M de l'Université de Londres (University College London - UCL). Il est membre de l’IFA (International Fiscal Association) et de l'EACC (European American Chamber of Commerce).
