Argent Related

On its major regeneration scheme for Tottenham Hale in London. Advising on the redevelopment strategy, and, in particular, recovering possession of the various parts of the site


Advising in a service charge dispute with a group of tenants, including Marks and Spencer, at its flagship shopping centre in White City, London

The Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery

Represented successfully both in the High Court and the Court of Appeal  in its defence of a claim in private nuisance and human rights brought by several residents of the Neo Bankside development

TAG Farnborough Airport

Defending compensation claims made by a class action of over 200 local residents under the Land Compensation Act 1973, involving novel consideration of certain issues such as the nature of government occupation and the 'purpose' test, as well as issues of estoppel and reliance (UK)

Canary Wharf Group Plc

Represented successfully in a claim for in excess of £500million in unpaid rents and other damages resulting from the Lehman Brothers administration relating to UK property. This was of the single largest property litigation dispute in the UK courts in 2017
