Hannah advises on corporate governance issues including corporate reporting requirements, the UK Corporate Governance Code, continuing obligations under the Listing Rules and Market Abuse Regulation, company meetings and directors' duties and other day-to-day corporate governance matters.
Background
Hannah studied Classics at Merton College, Oxford graduating with a First class degree. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, she was a Corporate Associate at another leading law firm in London.
