Experience
Ryan has experience in advising on the income tax aspects of a broad range of corporate, international and trust matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, internal restructures and disputes. He has also lectured in the University of Melbourne Masters of Laws program and written and presented a number of technical papers.
Background
Ryan is an Australian Legal Practitioner and is registered to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Ryan holds Bachelor of Law and Commerce degrees from La Trobe University and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne.
