Iain focuses on major infrastructure, urban regeneration and commercial construction projects. Iain's practice spans the transport, energy, water, office, retail and housing sectors, both in the UK and internationally. He advises on initial procurement strategy, as well as leading on key negotiations. His approach is multi-disciplinary, linking closely with client teams and colleagues specialising in planning, real estate and project finance. Iain aims to understand and be part of the sectors he works in, to ensure a great client experience.

- Andritz on EPC and interface contract issues in relation to a multi-phase project to expand and increase production capacity at a pulp mill at Lençóis Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil, by the addition of a second production line
- HS2 on contract and procurement matters for Phase 1 of the High Speed Two project, covering London to Birmingham
