Dinesh advises investment banks, investment funds and corporations on complex, cross-border capital markets transactions.

Dinesh has deep and broad expertise on the US aspects of international securities offerings, with two decades of experience working with clients in the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He advises on equity capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings, rights issues and secondary share placings and debt capital markets transactions such as bond offerings and structured financings. He also advises on the US aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and the impact of specific US securities legislation on non-US issuers.

Dinesh is listed as a "Next Generation Leader" in 2022/3 Legal 500 for London Equity Capital Markets, and a "Rising Star" in the 2022 IFLR 1000 for Equity and Debt Capital Markets.
