Having assisted clients on these subjects for over 25 years, Adrian is a highly experienced advisor on EU competition and procurement law. His recent work on competition has included acting for a major bank (confidential) on all stages of the worldwide regulatory investigations into LIBOR and FOREX trading.
Adrian regularly advises the firm's public and private sector clients on a wide range of procurement projects. These include ongoing advice to HS2 Ltd on currently the largest infrastructure project in Britain: the High Speed 2 rail link between London and the north of England.
