ESG reporting demands companies’ time and resources, but it is a vital tool for companies to be transparent with the market about how they are tackling risks and opportunities associated with a range of issues. It is a task that companies cannot afford to get wrong.
We recently co-hosted a panel webinar on what really matters in ESG Ratings & Reporting with FTI Consulting. Led by Nanda Lau our Head of Corporate, China, key issues discussed included the importance and challenges of ESG reporting, what ESG ratings mean to investors and directors, the risks that come with disclosure, and the future reporting landscape.
Panellists included:
- Rodolfo Araujo (Washington), Senior Managing Director, FTI Consulting;
- Dr. Jianzhong Lu (Shanghai), a board member of Global Reporting Initiative; and
- Timothy Stutt (Sydney), Australian lead for ESG, Herbert Smith Freehills.
