Martyn is an English law corporate Of Counsel with expertise in advising on cross-border acquisitions, disposals, private equity, joint ventures and group restructurings. He works closely with clients in the pharmaceutical, asset management, financial services, energy and technology sectors.

Background

Martyn was educated at Cambridge University and BPP University College, London. Martyn joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2011 and qualified in March 2013.
