Jeremy is the Managing Partner of the UK and EMEA real estate practice.



Jeremy is the Managing Partner of the UK and EMEA real estate practice. Jeremy helps clients with some of the most complex and high value investment, joint venture and financing transactions in the UK market. He works with listed vehicles, private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds and private propco's and family offices on property joint ventures, corporate structured acquisitions and disposals, asset management, property finance and corporate occupier transactions.  

With over twenty years' experience as a general real estate lawyer and an unrivalled understanding of all aspects of the market, including property investment, development, finance, leasing and asset management, he offers his clients real advantages in terms of project delivery, commercial negotiations and risk mitigation.

Alongside his established domestic and international client base, he regularly works with investors who are new to the UK and European real estate markets and has helped numerous clients successfully complete their first UK investments and joint ventures.   

Jeremy's experience includes advising:

  • an Asian fund on the disposal of entities owning the Merrill Lynch Financial Centre in London for c. £580million
  • A Hong Kong family office on the acquisition of a unit trust owning 88 Wood Street, London for c. £270 million
  • an Asian fund on the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture with a UK listed property company for the development of a 200,000 sq ft office led mixed used development at Bond Street, London
  • Kennedy Wilson on the acquisition of the mixed use Jupiter portfolio from receivers for £296 million
  • a Sovereign fund on the £340 million acquisition of a 57.8% interest in the Pollen Estate in London from the Church Commissioners
  • a Sovereign fund on the acquisition of a 25% interest in the £1.8billion Regent Street portfolio


Jeremy holds a law degree from University College London, is a member of the IPF and is recommended by Chambers UK and Legal 500 UK.
