Séverine is specialised in Capital Markets and French securities law.

She advises on capital markets transactions (IPOs, primary/secondary offerings of shares or offerings of equity-linked securities and debt instruments, block trades (ABB), offers or buybacks of securities) as well as public M&A.

She regularly advises companies on French securities law, stock exchange regulations and market abuse regulations (French and EU), general corporate law, compliance and corporate governance. She also has extensive knowledge of regulatory issues in the financial field.

Séverine was ranked as a "Rising Star" by The Legal 500 EMEA 2023 for "Equity Capital Markets". In 2022, The Legal 500 EMEA stated that "she is very close to her clients, always trying to find pragmatic solutions with a very good understanding of their business issues" and "is recommended for her record in advising French and European issuers on the full range of public and private offerings."
