At Herbert Smith Freehills diversity and inclusion is ingrained in our business. The successful implementation of our diversity and inclusion strategy relies on a structure that creates a consistent and inclusive global experience that encourages input from all our people across the globe and is championed by our executive and our partners.

Global Diversity and Inclusion Group

The Global Diversity and Inclusion Group is made up of senior representatives from the firm. It reports to our Global Executive and is chaired by CEO Mark Rigotti. Its purpose is to oversee the development and monitoring of the global diversity and inclusion strategy.

The Global Diversity and Inclusion Group members are: Mark Rigotti (Chair), Helen AnthonyNicholas TurnerElizabeth PoulosDanielle Kelly. Adam McCann and Madeleine Motion.

Regional Diversity and Inclusion Groups

The Regional Diversity and Inclusion Group (West), chaired by Nicholas Turner, and Regional Diversity and Inclusion Group (East), chaired by Elizabeth Poulos, support and develop regional action plans. The Regional Diversity and Inclusion Groups work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Committees and Diversity Networks to ensure that regional activity is in line with our global strategy.
