LGBT is a strength of the firm's reputation on diversity but one of the most challenging issues globally and therefore one of our priority areas. 

The global LGBT strategy is an important element that supports the firm's business strategy to create a diverse and inclusive culture. Our global LGBT programme aims to connect the different LGBT networks in the UK/EMEA, Asia and Australia regions and support LGBT staff globally in countries where homosexuality is not socially or legally accepted. To achieve the strategy we partner with regional and global organisations, benchmark against other organisations, provide training around unconscious bias and inclusive leadership and continually support LGBT equality by monitoring and adapting programmes to fit the regional and global trends.
